BIG in the Community

On October 3rd, 2024, the BIG Team hosted the Building Bridges: Capital Access for Diverse Real Estate Professionals event in Washington D.C. featuring a panel with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac representatives.
The BIG Foundation hosted the BIG Spin: Pedaling with Purpose event from February 4th to March 16th. On March 8th at Harlem Cycle in NYC, members of the BIG Team participated in an in-studio cycle class to support the cause.​
On May 9th, 2024, the BIG Team in partnership with the Urban Developers Association (UDA) of Philadelphia hosted a CRE networking happy hour to engage with diverse borrowers and industry professionals to advocate for enhanced access to capital.
To give back to our HQ’s community, members of the BIG Team participated in a trash clean up volunteer activity in partnership with Trash2Treasure a Philadelphia based nonprofit organization on September 9th, 2024.
On December 12th, 2024, we hosted the BIG Holiday Party in NYC, inviting our remote employees across the country to enjoy the office and engage with other team members.
In partnership with The Harbor Bank of Maryland, a Minority Depository Institution (MDI) based in Baltimore, BIG hosted Capital Connect: Bridging Communities and Partners,a CRE networking event promoting access to capital for all.
